The firmware for android 9. You suggested to downgrade android 10 back to 9 but without the ROM or image this cannot be done. Thx

Hello, you can update it back to Android 9, the same way as the Android 10 update.

I know the process, that it has to be done the same way it was done with android. But I do not have the previous Android version for the bv9900pro. Where can I find it? From where can I download it? I only have the android 10 os but there is no info where is the android 9 version

Hi, I have the EU version, I try to upgrade to android 10, setup starts, phone reboots to the green  screen trying to start the update and I get an error. phone reboots again an gets back to android 9.
