Hello, I dont know why you said not to upgrade to Android 10. Its perfect, everything is great. Only problem I have with finger unlock, firs I must push power button than put finger. I think that you will with ota upgrade eliminite that

Hello, thank you for your feedback about updating, now we don't suggest all users update to Android because it's unstable. If you updated it without problems, that would be better.

Hello, We don't suggest that update the phone to android 10, because the software is not stable right now after some users updated it and feedback some questions to us, our engineer is checking.Please keep your phone on android 9.

Hello, we didn't get any news now.

What to do if it was already updated to android 10 can i roll it back to 9? Whitout losing all files etc
