You need to press the power button for 20 seconds to be able to restart it. The problem is that this happens occasionally and you may stay without communication if you don;t spot it. I tried factory reset and wiping all cache but without any success. Have anyone already seen this or I am the only one "lucky"?

Randomly the phone will switch from operating normally to stuck on the "Blackview" screen as if it had just restarted. Just as described below, it goes undetected in my pocket until I pull out the phone to notice it. Also as described, the only solution is to power off the phone and start again.
Please let me know if there is a fix for this, I am a few days away from abandoning the phone altogether as it is very unreliable to have a phone that can't receive calls/messages (effectively is turned off).prascho wrote:Already using it with Android 10 for several days and I found one pretty nasty bug: sometimes the phone would just freeze showing the "Blackview" logo and it may stay for hours. It is normal bugs for new OS, and I hope soon Blackview will make a OTA update to solve them.
Sorry for not posting screen shots, but my phone is in Greek language.
