Is there a reason that my mobile network isnt adequate? Is wifi required or something? Everytime I click on the link it says that it's timed out

Could you please give us real instructions. The video is pretty useless. Or if you have an ETA for OTA installation.

Hello, We don't suggest that update the phone to android 10, because the software is not stable right now after some users updated it and feedback some questions to us, our engineer is checking.
Please keep your phone on android 9.
