Already using it with Android 10 for several days and I found one pretty nasty bug: sometimes the phone would just freeze showing the "Blackview" logo and it may stay for hours. You need to press the power button for 20 seconds to be able to restart it. The problem is that this happens occasionally and you may stay without communication if you don;t spot it. I tried factory reset and wiping all cache but without any success. Have anyone already seen this or I am the only one "lucky"?

Or can you try to restore the factory settings to see if it can solve this problem?

The fingerprint problem maybe need to unlocked twice to unlock, and I have already contact Blackview team.

I already did that two times - when I updated to Android 10 and when I found the bug - it still happens.

Happened here overnight, Blackview logo appeared and I ignored it to see if something would happen. The next morning I was greeted by the android recovery complaining it could not start android. The recovery where you navigate using volume keys and select an item with the power key.
It was like this: "Can't load android system.Your data may be corrupt ... etc"
Two options were available:
Try again
Factory data reset
I selected the Try again and after asking for the password it booted up normally.

Unfortunately, this is also my experience. After upgrading to Android 10 I experienced the same error. I did a factory reset, but that didn't help either, from time to time the phone restarts and sticks to Blackview, the device only starts after a long press of the power button. The fingerprint reader slowed down a bit when I put my finger on it, it dissolves after 30-60 seconds. I put Android 9 back because it's not real yet.

Hello again, is there a solution for the fingerprint sensor? It only reacts very sporadically to me, it looks like the phone is not waking up asleep mode. when I press the fingerprint and then the power button, the phone is already unlocked.

I found solution for the fingerprint 5sec problem. Just go to auto screen lock menu and choose that screen locks in 0 sec after phone sleeps. Original setting is phone locks after 5 sec.
It is normal bugs for new OS, and I hope soon Blackview will make a OTA update to solve them.

Sorry for not posting screen shots, but my phone is in Greek language.
