9900 Pro EU version can update to Android 10 now, the UN-EU version is still testing now, please wait patiently, and we will notify you as soon as it come out. 
EU means the European Union. If you live in an EU country, it is EU version, and if you not live in an EU country, it is UN-EU version, if you are not sure, please check the order.

Please download the below update file and check the phone settings-system-update system, click local update, choose the update file.
Please note that the phone needs over 30% battery, and this is only for EU version

Had the same issue. Just clear the cache and storage of the myflir app.

Wipe all the memory from cameras and it will work again

Hi, 9900 can't get this update, it will not update to Android 10.

After updating to android 10, fingerprint only works when you unlock the phone with the button and 5 seconds after locking it

I found out how to fix it. Before the application stop working go in application parameters and click to restore parameters. You need may be to experiment multiple times before you finally do it because you only have 1 or 2 second before application stop working.

What application? What parameters reset?

Will there be an Android 10 OTA update or we need to use the local update only?
