Hi, me too. I would like to upgrade my BV 9900 Pro to Android 10. I'm fro Italy, and bought it from Amazon.it so my phone schould be EU version (how to check?). How to upgrade?

Salut, merci d'avoir attendu, ceci est la mise à jour uniquement pour la version UE (cela signifie vivre dans l'UE), la version UN-EU est toujours en test maintenant.
Veuillez télécharger le fichier de mise à jour ci-dessous et vérifier le système de mise à jour des paramètres du téléphone, cliquez sur mise à jour locale, choisissez le fichier de mise à jour.
Veuillez noter que le téléphone a besoin de plus de 30% de batterie.

To copy it without extracting it to the phone's memory and in the software update menu, select the manual update, including the downloaded .zip file and you will already start the update. Wait patiently, it will take up to 3-5 minutes for the first start.
