My BV9900Pro does not have any sound when playing any kind of media, YouTube or Amazon prime video.

2nd issue is that there is no sound when using the loud speaker phone function during a phone call. So can only make a phone call without loud speaker phone.

3rd issue is mic volume is very low, people can hardly hear me when I'm making a phone call, even when shouting.

Any solutions for these issues will be welcome.I work as a field engineer in very harsh environments so need a rugged phone that works.

I hope to receive credible solutions for these issues in 3 days. If not then I have no option but to go back to a competitor brand that never failed me. The FLIR camera was an interesting feature to persuade me to try Blackview as a brand but sadly what is the point a high spec phone, if unable to make a basic phone call?

hello, after discussing with engineer, that maybe is the problem of speaker, you can contact the after-sale department to get a new one to replace it.
