hello I have the same problem since the update, its going to be almost a month since I wait for an update to fix the bug, would it be possible to make an update to fix it, my phone can not even take anymore video or sound an alarm, thank you

Thanks for the information for rolling back (pleased to see this forum is actively followed).
I am just wondering the drawbacks of this procedure, usually, it is not advised to revert to a previous version: does anybody tried it and was it done flawlessly? Any loss of data on the phone, any application not working anymore, camera/phone issue, ...
On the other hand, I am wondering if it worth waiting for the fix (were you able to reproduce it): any plan for the fix release?

Same problem after updating my BV5900.
Here it is even worse than on the A60 Pro.
Please fix this problem ASAP!

I don't have a computer, would it just amand itself with the next update?

I have the same issue. European update from march. Same update number ending by 0451. Can you solve the problem? It's really annoying

Are we going to get a new update fixing the issue or not because it has gotten annoying. I emailed a video and got instructions for something that was sketchy for me to do because im scared ill just ruin something on the phone.

Hello, sorry to make this inconvenience caused to you. Also please update it to the previous version and now our engineers are trying to solve this issue.
