Sim card not recognised

I have just purchased this phone and it won't recognise that my sim card is in the phone , please help

Where are you use the phone?
A60 Pro not support 4G in some areas, you can query on this link: https://store.blackview.hk/en/network
Or you try other sim card whether all the sim card can't be recognised.
