Hi! Since two days when I try to recharge my smartphone the battery instead of charging is discharging. Now it's almost discharged. Should I have to change the battery or can I solve he problem in another way? The phone is pretty new, I bought it 4 months ago.

I accidentally dropped my phone on the pavement and it was working fine but after a month it low power shutdown and now it wont charge when i try charging it all it does is vibrate and the flash comes on now and then please help me
