I'm having the same problem, but my device is a 9900 Pro.

Hello, May I know which version do you have? if your version is 9.0, you need to refresh to 10. if it is 10, you need to update the OTA over-the-air upgrade.

Hello, May I know which version do you have? if your version is 9.0, you need to refresh to 10. if it is 10, you need to update the OTA over-the-air upgrade.
