I recently purchased a a80pro and it works everywhere but my house I have 4 bars of service and can not place a call or receive a call I can text and the internet works what is wrong with this I have cricket wireless I have contacted then but no help there

Is there a shielded phone, and when you leave the bar, can you make normal calls in other places?

Hello yes I can make calls a other places it's just this location plenty of service showing but no call text works

I thought maybe I need to ping the tower but that didn't work I reset my data connection that didn't work I have tried everything i can think to do

It works everywhere but this location I have a good connection
