I have recently bought a BV9900. The ambient temp sensor constantly displays 29 degrees and the humidity sensor constantly displays 57%. Never changes even when phone put in a fridge. Is this a software or hardware issue

I also sent ones e-mail to the contact e-mail stated above, considering that I have similar issues. I'll wait for the response. Is that a good procedure?
