BV9900 Speaker stopped working

My BV9000 is still under warranty.
The phone speaker has always been very loud even on the lowest setting since beginning.
Today it stopped working.
I now must used headphones.
Do you have Service Centre in UK or EU where I can send this to for warranty repair.

Hello, sorry for this inconvenience caused to you. We don't have the local Service center in UK, about the speaker problem, you can purchase one to change. Here is the link:

Update :
After dropping my BV9900 on the floor, the speaker returned to working operation!
I guess it was a bad connection inside.
If it happens again, I will need to open it up and check inside.
