Android 10 on 9900

I see the 9900 Pro is to get an update to Android 10. Having mostly the same hardware and software, is the 9900 going to get the Android 10 update as well?

nah. they said non pro wont get android 10 update.
It is very dissapointing.
at least, there should be security update and bug fixes but I dont think we can get those.

Hello, We don't suggest that update the phone to android 10, because the software is not stable right now after some users updated it and feedback some questions to us, our engineer is checking.

Please keep your phone on android 9.

If necessary, You can contact the after-sale department to send the Software and tools for you.

Hello, The BV9900 is not sure to update and you can wait for our news.

Please update BV9900 to Android 10... You can do it because you've updated BV9900 pro and now, you sell BV9900E with Android 10.

So please....be honest with your clients : will you update or not?

If you don't support your own products, it's not really a good idea to buy Blackview smartphones... If you never update this 300 EUR BV9900, for sure, I will never buy your products and say all people to keep away...

By your comments, @blackview_admin, it seems that BlackView is working on an update to Android 10 for the BlackView BV9900. Can you confirm that explicitly and officially?

I am not asking for a date of when the update will be available nor a legally endorsed commitment that you will provide finally the update, but at least a confirmation that you have intentions to update the BV9900 to Android 10 and that you are currently working on it.

I am not suggest to update to andorid 10

I think it will effect the phone running

Does it mean that at this moment is not safe to upgrade the BV9900 to Android 10?  Or does it mean that you have cancelled your plans to provide an upgrade to Android 10 for the phone?

 Hello, it means that the BV9900 don't have the Android 10 system and it;s not panning to update to Android 10.

I also want to upgrade my BV9900 8GB 256Gb. I just bought this product and expect to receive this tomorrow.
I need to upgrade because of using my hearing aids properly.

What is the problem not to upgrade the BV9900 to Android 10? Because you have got aan upgrade for the BV9900Pro and you have the BV9900E with Android 10.
So please, convince your tech guys to make this upgrade available.
