In my Blackview BV9900 Rotate the screen by just moving the phone a little and it no longer returns to portrait mode and stays horizontal. This also affects the camera by capturing head or side shots. How can i fix this. Thank you

Hi I have just received my 9800 pro and it doesn't seem to auto rotate, also some of the toolbox features don't seem to move as I would have thought, I tried the gravity calibration and one of the circles does not seem to end up in the circle outline

Hello, Callum, You can go to the setting to change the auto-rotate and which toolbox features don't move as you thought?

The gradienter, plumb Bob and picture hanging, as you rotate the phone the values either don't change or are not correct. I have tried turning the auto rotate on and off in settings but neither seem to make it work.

My new BV9900 has the same screen rotation problem as above. The screen will rotate to the horizontal but it won't rotate back to vertical. Your answers so for on this thread have not been helpful. If this can't be fixed I'll send the phone back.
