Hi,
I am having the same problem.
I have connected my Galaxy S3 smart watch to the BV9900 when I first set up the phone. Everything worked great.
I switched back to my Galaxy phone temporarily and reconnected my S3 watch to the Galaxy phone, but after that I was unable to reconnect the S3 watch to the BV9900 no matter what I try.
I did a factory reset on the watch several times, I Uninstaller and reinstalled the Gear app and S plugin several times without luck.

If I try to connect the S3 to my Galaxy phone, it works the first time every time.

Same here, was working before and now it no longer works.  I have a Samsung S3 Frontier watch.  I have factory
reset the watch multiple times.  I also made sure to unpair the bluetooth on both devices.  This needs to be
fixed asap.

Hello.

I'm experiencing multiple problems with this phone including Bluetooth not working at all.

It will flash a name of another device then nothing. No paring so no connection.
I have tried everything I can find including turning off smart battery options, duraspeed.
Opening the handset boot test mode.

I ran the test and Bluetooth failed to initiate.
Please help here.

I'm adding in the additional faults in this post so they are all seen together but I will open or add to other threads as appropriate.

L.k

Next problem is the rf test failed, no registration to lte.
I have accessed the handset testing mode via the dialer. *#*#4636#*#* and lte is on and provisioned switches are all on.
The problem is now, the ims is not Registered for volte.
The device won't do a manual operator provision.
So no phonecalls in my area because our towers are all brand new 4gdigital.

The temperature sensor is out by 15 degrees.
The screen looses touch ability.
Vodafone nz say that unless Bv contact them directly to have the Bv9900 provisioned for New Zealand the phone is not usable on 4g in Nz.
The phone seller Rugged Phones Nz refuses to help at all.

Same issue. Galaxy S3 Classic watch. Mine is a Bv9900 Pro, but exact same situation. I downloaded and setup the Gear Wearable app, Samsung Accessory Service, and Gear S Plugin. Made sure Battery Optimization was turned off and every permission was enabled for all of these. Paired right away the very first time I set the phone up. After about 30 minutes, my watch disconnected and hasn't been able to since. I reconnect via the Bluetooth settings and it will say it "connects" on the phone, but the Gear S3 and Wearable app say it isn't there. I've tried removing and reinstalling everything but it just locks up and never finishes pairing again. I tried syncing the watch to my old phone and it worked right away. The bluetooth in my Bv9900 seems to work fine with other devices, no issues connecting to my car stereo. It's some sort of software clash.
