Rubber flap

good morning, the rubber flap to access the micro usb-c has broken. I would like to know if the phone is waterproof even without the flap, and where to find the replacement for the flap. thank you

Water will corrode the metal sheet of the USB port, so it is best to have a USB cover. 
You can try to buy a USB cover on AliExpress or eBay.
