2 dead pixels and uncalibrated sensors

Hi.
Just received m'y bv9900 ans 2 pixels are already dead...
Aldo sensors for level toiles are not calibrated...
What Can i do ?

For 2 pixels dead, I suggest you contacting your seller.

I had your same problem, I fixed the pixel with JScreenFix. It's a free website that release the stuck pixels. You just need to search It on your browser and click on "Launch JScreenFix".
