Please inform potential customers about:

Update policy (on what base, monthly?)
Difference between Eu and non Eu version.

Will the bv9900 get android 10 and 11?
Will thr bv9900 get regular security updates?

The difference between the European version and the non-Europe version is that it is suitable for different regions. The European version complies with EU laws and regulations. 
The mobile phone system update is to solve the bugs and will not be updated frequently. 
I don't know if it will be updated to Android 10. But i have reported some bugs to our engineer.
