I have recently bought a BV9900. The ambient temp sensor constantly displays 29 degrees and the humidity sensor constantly displays 57%. Never changes even when phone put in a fridge. Is this a software or hardware issue

Hello, after checking with the technical department, this is the hardware issue and it needs to be repaired, please contact this email directly: support02@blackview.hk

I also sent ones e-mail to the contact e-mail stated above, considering that I have similar issues. I'll wait for the response. Is that a good procedure?

Hi, I had the same problem, I fixed it like this. turn off the phone, do not restart, turn off, turn on again and go to settings - battery - smart battery saving standby, and remove is option. With that it was solved. Excuse my English, you are from Argentina, greetings

hi, i had the same problem. I realized that when I turned off the phone and turned it on again, the sensors worked (turn off, not restart). Then enter configuration - battery - smart energy saving standby, and remove. I hope it works for you, excuse my English, I'm from Argentina. regards
