I have the same problem.
The OTG stop After minutes even then I have not unplug the device (a USB realtek audio jack 3.5 converter).
The OTG intelligent fonction must be updated.

You need to open the OTG, Settings-Smart Assist-Go to open OTG

I have do that.
But normally OTG stop after 15 minutes after you unplug the device.
BUT OTG stop without the unplug...
This assist is useless with the use of DAC device...

Has this problem been sorted? I have a Stouchi headphone adapter and it stops working in the middle of a song. Then its back to settings and turn the OTG back on. This is getting tedious. The phone is about 3 weeks old. The Stouchi /headphone combination works perfectly in my wifes phone. Indeed you just plug it in with no extra steps.
