I don't known if I'm the only one but my phone just turned of suddenly and never restart....

I've contact the after sale and I've an other question : I'm the only one with no answered after 3 days ?


So : I buy a phone 650€, I've chose it because of IP68 standard, but after few month battery is completely off ? And of course : we cannot change ourself the battery !
