No Andriod Marshmallow update on my OTA,pls help..

Im a previous user of Blackview Ultra,and i've upgraded to BV5000 with Android 5.1 just 2 months before. Overall,im impressed with the quality and performance. But i want to upgrade my Android since i read about the ROM launching at June. But,everytime i tried using OTA,it says my ROM is up to date and there no current update needed. Is there any option for me to download the official new ROM from Blackview site?? or can your tech support email me the ROM instead so i can install manually from SD card?? pls help. i really want my BV5000 installed with the new updates. TQ.

you can get a update via flash tools.
we have publish the Android 6.0 ROMs of different version , you can choose one to download and get a update with the help of flash manual
we provided.
