Could someone describe how to update phone with that file?

Could It be done by phone update manager in Settings >> Phone Info >> Update ?

I have copied file into external SD card but it's visable only when I made it as ZIP file.

After start update phone restart in update mode with android green fellow and "Update system in progress..." message on the screen.

After a few minutes phone starts again and nothing happend.

Short instruction will be enought.

can you make a new updater app in order to can update our phones to android 6 without flashtool?

Hi,

no such a new updater app is possible.
Can just update via OTA or Flash tool.

you can use flashtool to get a update.

admin i agree with you but what happen if a customer dont have pc and stock update app dont work?
i think tha easy for you to create a updater app in playstore in order to help us update our phones

in order to update from 5.1 to 6.0 with windows 7 pc in sp flash tool i much check download or firmware update?

Noone help in that forum I finally install v 1.3 version android 6 but I have overhead problem while I was in calling
I want to go back to android 5.1 can anyone tell me what
Version is more stable and how to install it??
I hope someone help me before my phone burned?

Hi sorry for the late reply, first download the file on your BV5000, than install a file manager like solid explorer from play store, hold down on the tar file and extract to a location on the SD card, copy the extracted file from the SD card to your PC, install it by using the tutorial viewtopic.php?f=96&t=1027. It worked for me hope will help you

Dear Sirs!
So many bad word were written about BV5000 Android 6.0 update. It was really disaster. Version 1.3 had several improvements but with still inconvenience with slow performance.
Now I would like to say that last update - V1.5_20160612 - is really big step forward. You did a good job. Phone works much better and faster. You correct most of troubles. My device is still trying to switch interface language to cell-provider defaults. But it is not a big deal.
I would like to say thank you to all you guys!
