9800 Pro - No earpiece or bluetooth earpiece detect

Hi Blackview Support,

I bought the hp from your kickstarter campaign :)

I was watching videos using Blackview 9800 Pro with normal earpiece and I dropped the phone. The hp shutdown instead of remained on.

I restarted the hp and only the speaker is working. I tried to connect different earpiece and also pair with bluetooth earpiece (last time it worked).

However no earpiece is able to be detected as connected. I bought a USB C to 3.5mm connector to test as well but no wired earpiece is detected still.

Only the speaker is functioning ok.

Will there be a headset icon when the headset is plugged in under check|?

No icon means that the headset is not recognized.

Hi,

Before dropping was recognized and in use. Now after dropping cannot recognize.

What it means then?

They may not be compatible with each other, does rebooting help?
