Can anyone please help.  I have a Bv9800 since July 2020 and these last days as per attached picture a window message have started to show up on a continuous basis.  The description in the message starts with WLAN and followed with Chinese script characters followed by CANCEL and OK.

I is a very annoying situation as this window keeps popping all the time continously.

Please let me know.

Problem is showing up on every wifi. Language is set to english.

I have this phone for almost a year and I never saw anything like this.
Did you activate any options or installed some crappy apps "these last days" ?
