Losing connection between phone and X1 smartwatch

Fri Aug 21, 2020 4:58 pm

I just received my X1 watch, got the H-Band app, connected it to my BV9800 Pro, and all is good for a while. At random times, the app closes and the watch is no longer connected. I have turned the battery optimization off for the app, but it still closes every so often and when it does, my smart watch no longer notifies me of incoming calls, messages, or controls the media player etc. Basically it defeats the purpose of having a smart watch.
Any other things I can try to get it to stay connected?

Hello, first add the apk of the watch to Duraspeed in the settings and open the apk by default. At the same time, check whether the application restriction in the smart assist is open. If it is not open, it is fine. If it is open, go to the watch apk permission Just go to settings
