Mobile charging problem

The mobile recharge sits for more than two days, and the recharge does not take place. The charger has been changed and the wire has been changed. I don’t know the problem. What do I regret buying this case?

Hello, after asking for our tech department about these problems, they suggested that you can Press down firmly on both ends of the speaker first, and see whether it can work or not?? Or you can contact them directly: support02@blackview.hk
