No GPS reception

Hi,
New BV9800…
Seems like the phone is having trouble with the GPS reception.
It shows 20 sonthing satellites in view but doesnt 'use' them.
Position is not updated even after a long outside stay.
Is there anyway to test or reset the sensor via the
*#87# menue?
Or any other suggestions?
