I use the BV9800pro and want to change to a BV9800. Can you help me to know how transfer the settings? From one phone to another? I mean, the apps, mail accounts, internet accounts, contacts, photos, files, etc....

Hello, You mean you want to transfer the file from BV9800PRO to BV9800? Or just want to change the settings? Or you could contact after-sale department email: support02@blackview.hk

would be also interesting how to transfer userdata from any other phone to a blackview phone?
