BV9800 No Data Connection

I installed a straight talk AND a T-Mobile SIM at different times in this phone. Both times, I have been able to text and call, but the data connection does not work. I have tried installing APN servers since there is no option to change APN on the actual phone. Definitely sending it back and getting a phone from a different provider if this can't be fixed. I've been talking to people for 6 hours trying to get this fixed and NOTHING. everything else works. Just No Data.

This sound Exactly like the issues that i have with my brand new 9800.. Any updates on this ??
