Bv9800 speaker problem

Hi my bv9800 speaker doesn't work after a few seconds of playing time.
Even when the phone rings it just works for the first ring and then stops.
What it's happening. Can I fix this myself or is it factory problem

This is the problem of the speaker, you can go to * # 87 # to select MM1, go to the single item to calibrate the Smartpa. Or you can contact our after-sale department to send a new speaker for you, here is the email to contact them: support02@blackview.hk

if calibrate the smartpa not success / failed we should get a new speaker?

i've go to *#87# going to calibrate the smartpa.. and detech faill test. and speaker still doesn't work like usually. but i don't know, i try to calibrate on 2 or 3 day after to going the smartpa calibrate again 2 or 3 times. now my 9800 speaker normally again... i don't know why.. but it's successfull, sound normal again..

My bv 9800 has the same problem.


If I go to the dialer and enter * # 87 # there is no response from the phone  to select MM1.

How do I get to MM1 to calibrate the speaker?

I have same problem but I think I've found a way to fix it.
Dial *#87#
Choose MM1
SMARTPA CALIBRATE.
do it and go back TEST LOUDSPEAKER
go back to SMARTPA CALIBRATE.
