I left the phone charging, and when I came back I found it switched off.
I can no longer turn it on!
I tried with power, pwr+volume, nothing... it seems DEAD!
The red led on the phone is on while charging, that's the only thing working

You can try use other USB cable. Maybe your old USB cable can not work.

I got same problem after charge, my phone is dead. I've tried 4 cable, phone still dead.

BV9800 needs to be sent back for analysis. It may be a small board problem or a motherboard problem.  So please contact the after-sale department directly.
