I am having the same issue with my bv6300 (non pro)

I am a user with the same display problem in a BV6300 14 months old. I am actually seeking for new mobile phone. Hesitating to continue with a Blackview after the two BV last ones. The first one, the BV6000Pro was really great. But as I could never get a battery replacement as good as the orignal, which any distributor and factory did not provide, died in the hands of someone who tried to change the battery in the wrong way, frying the chips. A sad end for a good phone. This BV6300 is almost as good as the last one. Mobile phones have to last more than one or two years!
