My 9800 has also just started experiencing this speaker issue. When I'm in the Smartpa calibration test it says "hold down x seconds" after 30 seconds it gives failed message. My question is what exactly am I supposed to be holding down? A button? The screen? The device? Any help will be appreciated. Contacting support for a new spkr as this phone is too new to have a failure like this and I've also taken excellent care of my phone so this shouldn't be happening. Very frustrating.
