BV9800 always disconnect from Samsung Gear S3 smart watch

I have a BV9800 that always disconnects from "Samsung Gear S3 frontier" smart watch. 

Permissions are checked for the app to have all permissions enabled.

The phone only connects after a reboot. The connection always drops after 10-15 minutes and will not reconnect. 

How can we diagnose the problem with the BV9800? I try the *#9900# command but that only works with Samsung mobile phone.

Go to the application restrictions in the smart assist in the settings to add the whitelist
