Front Camera is not working, sound issues

Hi Team,

I am facing lot of issues with this mobile. I bought blackview BV9800 in January 2020.
1- there is problem in sound, the sound is quit after sometime, while playing video .
2- now front camera is not working . If I open front camera , phone is struck. None of the camera depends app is not working.

Lot of issues is coming, with the phone within 4 months . please do the needful.

Hello, Sorry to hear that. Could you please contact the professional after-sale department directly? They can provide a new speaker for you and about the second question, you'd better contact them.

Hi Team,

I had contacted the after-sale team they said, they can't able to send the front camera. they are saying to contact the seller.
A lot of Issues are coming, I didn't get a proper response from your team.
Please give me a solution, it had been 4 months, without a front camera.
