Hello, I had the same problem. My phone got wet and after that the speaker sound is not stable and eventually fades out. It is impossible to use it for social media of a phone call. The phone got wet under the rain, it never fell into the water. Anyway it should be water proof. The phone is a bv9800 and was very expensive. Please let me know how I can solve the problem, the phone is useless without a speaker.
