Problems with the external sound

Please, I need some help from you.
I have a BV9800 pro. When I bought it, all was running ok. Two months ago, the external speaker began to fail. When i try to listen to sound in spotify, for example, at the beginnning the sound is ok, but in two secods the sound dissapear. All the time was the same.
One week ago, i decided to make a factory reset, so the smartphone was like at the beginning. At that moment, everything was ok.
Yesterday, the phone began to have the same problem. From them, the external speaker does not make any sounds, in one secod, the sound dissapeared.
Please, I need some help from you.
