BV9800PRO not charging

Hello everyone,
My BV9800PRO, about 5 months old, is no longer charging from either USB or wireless. The phone was charging via wireless on my desk when I noticed it turned on and had stopped charging. I thought the charger had died, but I have tried 3 wireless chargers and 5 USB charges, with no luck.
Any idea what I can try next?

Try to change original charging cable. It works for me.

I am also having charging issues and do not have the original wire, it wore out early.
Where can I find a wireless charger for BV9800 Pro
