I have always battery saver active and my phone works 5-8 days between charging.
Hello, the BV9800 series is not going to update, may I know which information did you update?

Not only the stupid red cross but the device after the update refuses to go to Deep sleep and drain the battery much faster. Please provide a solution for the Deep sleep issue

Yesterday I received this update too: bv9800pro eea s65 v1 0 20200814v1 20200917-1026
Indeed the battery percentage is gone on power saving thought that does not bother me at all.

Hello, can you reboot it again? It may be that a lot of data has not been running after the update
Hello, i found out that with NFC is something wrong, when i enable it and disable it, the phone starts to hibernate. After reset you must toggle the NFC and then the deep sleep is active and the battery last much longer...

Dear admin
My phone is rebooting by automatic power on and off.Every day from 11pm to 7pm, in such way plus pemanenet battey saver it last up to 7-8days. Thus it is self rebooting everyday. I was very happy and now yor developer have broken battery's indicator. Why do you make all the time red cross instead two digits in battery icon?!!!!

I have a 9800 pro since February this year. The phone is great, the battery lasts a lot, the infrared camera works great. The only problem I had was with the proximity sensor in the beginning until I figured out how to calibrate it. To this day, however, the phone comes with the firmware I bought it with. From the very beginning, I'm afraid to update it, and seeing the problems of people after updates, obviously I will use it until the end. In other words, I really like the device, but I am extremely disappointed with the maintenance, which will stop me on my next purchase! Greetings!

Yes, power saving mode is always on. I like it and do not want to switch it off. It helps to work very long on one charging.
