My Flir app not working.

I just downlaoded the newest ROM from the Blackview website.  After flashing it with SP Flash Tool, everything seems to be working on the ROM except for the MyFlir app.

I keep getting a message that says "Unable to Read Camera Files".  After that, the app stops.  

Is there a fix for this?  The camera was working fine yesterday!

I have the BV9800 Pro.

I tried re-flashing the ROM and clearing the data on the app and it still is not working.

It will connect to the camera.  It is not a hardware issue.  Camera works find when tested.  there is some sort of problem with the software.

You need to replace the APK, copy the apk to your phone, and open the apk.

I had the same problem.
Myflir gave an error after the update.

Mary, I'm having the same problem as user cnorman27, my smartphone's thermal camera application is no longer working.

I've tried to do all the steps you mention in the topic, to correct the problem, but they didn't work.
Can you help me please?  

I'm a civil engineer and I bought this smartphone mainly because of the thermal camera. It will be very useful in my work, if it works.
