9800 pro speaker problem

I've had my bv9800 pro a few months and overall I am happy with it, the flir is brilliant when I'm welding.

I've suddenly come up with an issue with the loudspeaker being poor, crackly and not very loud. Can't really use it for calls now.

Any ideas?

I have exactly same issue with a 9800.
Sound starts to go down, cracking and mutes.
I stop video, sound goes on and do same thing.
Still trying to find a solution!

If You do factory reset and problem remain, then it is most probabbly hardware problem. If You find solution, kindly please let us know.

Hello, sorry for this inconvenience caused to you. In order to solve your problem more efficiently, please contact the after-sale department directly: support02@blackview.hk, it seems that the speaker has broken and feedback this problem to the after-sale department to change it.

I am having speaker issues. I've gone through the diagnostic steps listed above and the speaker always fails. It made a loud squeal yesterday and then quit completely. The headset and bluetooth still work but there is no sound from the speaker for anything. The phone was new as of February 2020.

I've tried contacting Support01@blackview.hk and Support02@blackview.hk with rejected emails from each address. How do I get service work (warranty work) done on this phone if my emails are constantly rejected?

Was wondering how long does the speaker take to be delivered. As I reported my speaker faulty on 16 september 2020 and courier number
will be given.

Stesso problema da 3 mesi. L'assistenza dopo le prime risposte alle mie mail ora mi ignora.
Con *#87* si risolve solo per qualche ora, poi il problema si ripresenta.
Ho notato che prima di spegnersi lo speeker, lo schermo si spegne per un secondo.
