Hello--My question doesn't pertain to a particular phone. Has anyone ordered anything from Blackview in the last couple of months and received it? I ordered a new phone directly from them in April and it's not moved. I understand that international shipping is difficult now but I'm reading people saying that they've gotten their phone in a couple of weeks and wondering if that's really true. Any accurate info is appreciated.

I ordered a BV9800pro back in march and received it in May.  The problem is unlikely to be from the manufacturer and more related to customs.  My phone also went through Singapore on its way here and was likely delayed in custom.  I can't fault Blackview for this.  Arrived in good condition also.
