in my country (Turkey) wait for 4 months for buying a bv9800pro (for thermal camera). but they didnt bring it and virus make it more difficult to buy. so i buy it from Bulgaria. 
i must change imei (registired in Turkey) to use it.
for couple days i try everything on net but cant do it either root.
is there a info that i read and do it my phone?
new imei will come from my very old phone samsung s3 neo. is it ok?
