Bv9800pro app's keep stoping

Hi. Brand New phone, start imediatly to stop app. Ewery app stop working time to time, and i jave to restart the phone. Is there a solution to the problem?

Hi. Ewery app, randomly stop working,Viber,Gmail,Google,phone,flir,Bluetooth, etc. It started from the very first time i switch on the phone. After restarting it Works for some time, but it is Like 6 and more restart per day. Tried to clear cache, sometimes it Works other no.

Yes I tried factory reset,but with no results.i have videos of the issue if it can help?

Hi, finding the same issue with my BV9800Pro since the last phone software update. The touch screen appears to freeze on any app (video still plays so not a full freeze), but if I try unlocking the phone with the fingerprint, the touch screen starts working again. Doesn't need a full reboot in my case.

Hi Gogy,

I noticed the same issue when I bought the 9600 Pro.

For me the issue seemed to be a for me newer functionality called Deep Cleaning for me. When you press the left button next to the Home button you get the list of running app and normally when you close them all by pressing X they appear to be stopping, but in reality they are not. Background functionality remains active.

Now when you press the same X you perform a manual Deep Clean actually stopping them from ALL functionality including background, until you manually activate the app again and minimize it or reboot the device entirely. The workaround for this is avoiding using the X button and close them individually by pressing the X that appears in the app field.

This also has an automatic setting when you press the Tools button to enable or disable it with an exclusion list for apps that are not allowed to be Deep Cleaned and must run in the background for functionality.
The White List is only functional when Auto Deep Clean is enabled and not when doing this manually by pressing the X to clean all apps at once.

The actual solution would be that the White List should also apply to the manual Deep Clean functionality.

Hi.
It hapened the wery first time i switched on the phone. And it is happening ewery day.no mather if it is factory reset, or with downloaded app.
