problem with My flir app

myflir cannot start. the screen is black and the tools are inactive. how to run thermal camera need an update?

You can try clearing the cache of the thermal imaging app. And then start it again.

this is a new phone. I have it on the third day. the application has not been working from the beginning

It would be great if we could solve the dysfunctionalities of the myflir application without sending the phone to china. to me the sensor works in the test application, * # 87 # but when I start the application it says "Unable to camera read", I reinstalled the original firmware, countless times and the same

You can test your thermal camera :
Open the phone application, dial *#87# to open the factory test menu
tap MMI1>single test>infrared camera (scroll down)
after a few second you'll see the raw image from the thermal sensor.
When done tap pass/fail and press the back button several times until you see the phone app.

I have the same problem. FLIR works with the *#87# test, but when I open the app all I get is a black screen where an image should be.

Das gleiche Problem habe ich offensichtlich auch. Im Test sehe ich ein Graustufen-Bild der Wärmebildkamera..in der App sind alle Symbole ausgegraut und der Bildschirm schwarz...ich würde mich ebenfalls freuen, wenn der Fehler ohne Rücksendung behoben werden könnte, da das Telefon ansonsten gut funktioniert und es ja scheinbar eher ein Software Problem ist. Gibt es hierzu neuere Erkenntnisse?

Ich habe das Problem gelöst!
1. App Symbol gedrückt halten
2. App Details aufrufen
3. Auf "Speicher" gehen
4. Cache UND!!! Speicherinhalt löschen
5. App neu starten
6. Alle Zugriffe erlauben
