Fingerprint disconnected after drop of 40cm on soft floor

I was driving when I placed phone on holder, on the turn the phone dropped of it on the rubber mat and since then the fingerprint sensor is not working. After I rebooted the phone, the "fingerprint" option is gone from the settings menu. I guess the fingerprint sensor disconnected the mainboard. This is disappointment to me. This supposed to be rugged phone, it was not even concrete floor. It dropped from 40cm height on rubber car mat. Oh man...
By the beginning I had issues withbit, I thought it was because of software, now I think it might've been because of bad connection...

I had a similar problem with my BV6000 front camera after a 50cm fall on a wooden floor. I opened it up and it was indeed a bit loose. I plugged it back and it never disconnected again despite the many next falls.

I want to fix this myself, but there is no disassembly video of this phone. Maybe Blackview team could help me on this? Also, where could I buy new housing or other parts for this phone?

Hi.
I think you'd better contact our after-sales directly. The parts of the phone maybe only from our factory.

They say this is not a manufacturer warranty problem and that I must fix it by myself. They forwarded me to aliexpress store but there is no parts for BV9800Pro anywhere on the internet. Where can I buy housing + fingerprint sensor?

Ok, so seller said he will take care of fingerprint sensor for me, I will just have to bring phone to local repair service.
Thanks for the links to the covers on ebay, but those are without metal frames which are on the sides of phone, sadly... It seems no one yet cloned the parts and the manufacturer does not sell parts separately for this model yet
